Removal request

If a hearing shown on this site concerns you and you want it hidden, tell us the case reference. We will stop showing that case reference on every page and in search.

What we can do

• Hide a case reference from all court pages and from the case reference search.
• Correct information we have shown wrongly.

What we cannot do

• Change or remove entries on the official HMCTS service. To ask for that, contact the court named on your paperwork or HMCTS directly.
• Remove information published by anyone else.

First names are never shown on this site (defendants appear as ****** SURNAME at most), and youth and restricted entries are not published here at all.
